How To Send a Group Email 1. You need a "Group" function in your email client. I don't know if Outlook has this or not, but it probably does. Go to "Help" to learn how to use it. 2. In Yahoo! and Hotmail, you just go into the address book and set up a group. A group is a set of names that you want. Say you have a family newsletter that you want to send, then you'd set up a group with only family members' email addresses. Then when you're ready to send it, you'd just put a check mark (or the name of the group) beside the group name and it'll send it to all those people. 3. This is the idea behind Mrs. Freerk's Homeschool news/group. To use it, you must email her and ask her to sign you up because she's the group administrator. Then, when you send an email to this group, which is at CentralIowaHomeEducators@yahoogroups.com, you're email will go out to ALL the members of this group. In this way, you can let everyone know a prayer request, an upcoming meeting, etc. 4.
